Questions coaches ask
Can you match our house style?
Yes. Send a template or a couple of examples and we'll follow them.
What if the client wants changes?
One revision within 7 days is included.
Do you speak to our clients?
No. Everything goes through you, unless you ask otherwise.
What formats do you deliver?
Word and PDF. UK, Irish, Australian and NZ CVs, and US résumés.
How do I pay?
Monthly invoice by bank transfer or card payment link; prepaid packs available.
Is there a contract?
No. It's pay as you go, with written partner terms and a data processing agreement before the first order.
How fast can you go?
Standard turnaround is 12 hours.
12 hours from receiving your CV and the job advert. Orders received between 8pm and 8am (UK time) start at 8am.
Can you do LinkedIn profiles or CV-only orders?
Yes. See Add-ons & extras under Pricing, or ask us for a quote.
Do you work with individuals as well as coaches?
Yes. Job seekers can order directly; see For job seekers. Partner coaches get trade prices.
